The International Cricket Council (ICC) has decided to enforce rules specific to Coronavirus in the upcoming domestic cricket season.
It has been decided to start the domestic cricket season with the National T20 tournament at the end of September. Under the Corona rules, each squad will consist of 20 to 22 players during the domestic cricket season.
During the season, the teams will have the facility of corona replacement. It has further been proposed to hold the national T20 tournaments in Multan and Rawalpindi, respectively.
As there are six first class centers in Karachi, a proposal to hold the Quaid-e-Azam Trophy in Karachi is currently under consideration. Only one hotel will be booked for the teams in the Quaid-e-Azam Trophy.
