“If this doesn’t work, the system will end”, Justice Qazi Faiz Issa

ISLAMABAD: The system will come to an end if this does not work, according to reports, Justice Qazi Faiz Issa said while giving remarks during the property dispute case said that we have taken an oath to abide by the law.

A two-member bench headed by Justice Qazi Faiz heard the case in the Supreme Court. During the hearing, Justice Qazi Faiz Issa remarked that judges do not make laws but interpret them while the job of lawyers is to assist us. The appellant has the right to appeal while the review is at the discretion of the judge.

In his remarks, Justice Qazi Faiz Issa said, “We have taken an oath to abide by the law.” If you start ignoring illegal things, the system will end. Judges are weak people whose hands are tied by the constitution.”
