Friday, July 10th: The hearing was conducted by Chief Justice of the Islamabad High Court Athar Minallah. Citizen Chaudhry Iftikhar Ahmed heard the petition regarding deportation of Cynthia Richie from Pakistan. Joint Secretary Home presented on court order. In the last hearing, the court had directed the Home Secretary to hear the petition and submit a reply to the court. Cynthia Richie, Secretary Cabinet Division, Secretary Home, DG FIA and Chairman Security and Exchange Commission were named as parties in the petition.
