Illegal Petrol Pumps are on Anti-Corruption Radar
There is a province wide crackdown against illegal petrol pump businesses.
“Anti-Corruption Multan Region has sealed 11 illegal petrol pumps of influential people from Khanewal”. According to DG Anti-Corruption Punjab. He further stated, “The sealed petrol pumps were operating without K-form”.He said running a petrol pump without the K-from is tantamount to a death trade and that protecting human life should be the first priority.
Mehr Shah Petroleum Service, Al Qayyum Petroleum Niazi Chowk Khanewal were sealed. A total of 11 petrol pumps, including Baloch Petroleum and Two Star Petroleum Service, were sealed.
The Anti-Corruption Department headed by Khanewal conducted a joint operation with Civil Defense and Industries.
