The PTI chairman, through his lawyer Khawaja Haris, has filed an appeal to declare the Toshakhana case non-maintainable and stop its trial.
He argues that the high court made a legal error by sending the case back to the same judge who already expressed his view.
The appeal seeks to transfer the case to another judge. Additionally, the petition claims that the high court misrepresented the appeals.
Now, they have requested the Supreme Court to nullify the decision of the Islamabad High Court chief justice and issue a stay order on the trial court proceedings.
