Imran Khan’s arrest is legal, IHC announces reserved verdict
Islamabad High Court (IHC) on Tuesday announced its reserved verdict on whether the arrest of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) chairman and deposed former prime minister Imran Khan is legal or not.
IHC Chief Justice Aamer Farooq declared the arrest of former prime minister as legal.
However, he ordered an inquiry into the incidents happened on the premises of the high court prior to Khan’s arrest.
