Imran Khan’s plan to divide the Army thwarted

Lahore: Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaaf (PTI) leader and ousted Prime Minister (PM) Imran Khan’s plan to create division between the Army ranks and the public has been thwarted. 

According to Baaghi TV reports, officers and young men of the Pakistan Army have taken to the field against the unrest in the country and the voices being raised against the leadership of the Pakistan Army. Lieutenant Colonel (retd.) Khushal says Imran Khan should not incite civil unrest. This is the same Army that supported you in every difficult time and now if you want the Pakistan Army to be divided, it is not like that at all. Pak Army officers and young men are all united.

Brigadier General Zahoor said that political differences are respectable but now it has come to our house, soldiers are openly being called traitors, we will not allow this to happen. Zia Rasheed said that the retired personnel of the Pakistan Army want to question Imran Khan, “what message does Imran Khan want to give to the families of the martyrs, who were beheaded in their fight against terrorism? Does he want to tell their families that this is the Army of Mir Jafar and Mir Sadiq? Does he want to incite civil unrest? This is not so, we will not allow any civil war. All retired personnel stand with the soldiers, officers, and chief of the Pakistan Army”.

Col. (retd.) Mohiyuddin said that the “Pakistan Army is the heir of the Ghazis and the Shaheeds, and General Qamar Javed Bajwa is their commander, who is a source of pride for us, we stand with him”.
