In his letter to India, Faisal Edhi offers humanitarian help

Lahore, 23rd April: Pakistan’s Edhi Foundation is willing to provide assistance to India against the latest COVID-19 rebound in the country. Faisal Edhi son of the greatest philanthropist and the founder of Edhi Foundation, Abdul Sattar Edhi wrote to Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi to offer humanitarian assistance in combating the pandemic situation. Faisal Edhi’s letter written to the Indian PM states, “We, at the Edhi Foundation, have been closely monitoring the current crisis faced by India due to the COVID-19.” He added, “We are very sorry to hear about the extremely heavy impact that the pandemic has had on India, where a large number of people are suffering immensely.” Faisal Edhi sympathized and offered his help to the neighbouring country to tackle their recent crisis, the pictures and videos of which have been going viral for the past couple of days.
