India issuing domicile certificates to non-locals in IIOJK, minister confirms

The Delhi-controlled administration of Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha has granted domicile certificates to 52 non-locals in the Beerwah tehsil of Budgam district in Indian illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir.
This was confirmed by Minister for Health, Medical Education, and Social Welfare Sakina Ittoo during the ongoing legislative session on Thursday in response to queries raised by National Conference (NC) legislator Dr. Shafi Wani.
Ittoo stated that these 52 Indian citizens were granted domicile rights through marriage within the Beerwah area.
