Four civilians were tortured by the Indian army during an operation In Kishtwar district of Jammu, Indian illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir. The victims Sajad Ahmad, Abdul Kabir, Mushtaq Ahmad, and Mehraj-ud-Din, all residents of Kuath village of the district, were summoned to the 11 Rashtriya Rifles camp in Chas area of Mughal Maidan for questioning about a recent attack. Families say that the men, all daily wage laborers, were released in a severely injured state.
