According to the report of Baaghi TV, a paramilitary CRPF officer shot himself in Srinagar, the capital of occupied Jammu and Kashmir, on Monday.
According to CRPF spokesperson Pankaj Singh, Head Constable Pinto Model in the morning committed suicide at the paramilitary group center in the Ram Bagh area of Srinagar.
According to South Asian Wire, Pankaj Singh said, “Mandal shot himself with his service gun, after which he died on the spot.
He was a resident of Mandal, West Bengal. He added that it was not yet clear why he took the step. However, the police have been informed and further investigation is underway.
It is noteworthy that this is the second suicide by paramilitary personnel this month. Earlier on the 17th of this month, a CRPF officer stationed at Dalgate shot himself and tried to commit suicide.
