Iran’s state radio and television headquarters are under attack by Israeli forces.

The Islamic Republic of Iran Broadcasting (IRIB) was targeted as Israeli forces expanded attacks on Iran.

State TV political deputy said staff will continue their work after Israeli forces attacked the news network.

“Your children at IRIB will continue their mission,” the deputy said, announcing that the news network had been targeted.

During a live broadcast, an Iranian state TV reporter said the studio was filling with dust after hearing what she called “the sound of aggression against the homeland.”

Moments later, an explosion cut the screen behind her. She rushed off camera as dust and debris filled the air, and cries of “Allahu Akbar” were heard off-screen.

The channel quickly switched to pre-recorded footage.
