Lahore, 2nd July: Israel strikes Gaza after Hamas launches incendiary balloons.
According to details from the military, Israeli fighter jets struck Gaza Thursday night in response to inflammable balloons launched over the frontier into Israel.
However, there were no reports of casualties from the strike. The Israeli military said it targeted a facility used by Hamas fighters to research and develop weapons.
Since the end of the 11-day period of brutal attacks and bombings on Palestine in May, it is the third time that Israel has carried out airstrikes in Gaza.
Each strike came after Hamas launched incendiary balloons causing fires in Israeli farming communities.
Hamas has been using such strategies to pressurize Israel to immobilize the blockade imposed on Gaza since 2007 after it seized power from Palestine forces.
