Jahangir Tareen group has been formally announced. Raja Riaz will be the parliamentary leader.
According to reports, PTI leaders Salman Naeem and Aun Chaudhry have formally announced the Jahangir Tareen group.
The group has been named ‘Jahangir Tareen Ham Khayal Group‘ and they have also appointed parliamentary leaders in the National and Provincial Assemblies.
PTI leader Aun Chaudhry said that MNA Raja Riaz would be the parliamentary leader in the National Assembly and Saeed Akbar Nawani in the Punjab Assembly would be the parliamentary leader of the Jahangir Tareen group.
Assembly member Salman Naeem said that the group has decided to hold a power show in the current session of the Punjab Assembly on Friday while many members of the assembly could not participate in today’s session.
Salman Naeem said that many members of the assembly could not reach due to private engagements. A formal oath was taken from the members present in the meeting to announce the group.
On the other hand, Nazir Chauhan said that we have 32 members of the Assembly and 8 members of the National Assembly. We have not been able to carry out a single mega project in Lahore in three years. He said that we have tried many times to solve our problems but no positive answer was given.
