Justice Qazi Faiz Issa issued notice to Prime Minister Imran Khan?

According to a report by Baaghi TV, Justice Qazi Faiz Issa of the Supreme Court has questioned whether the Prime Minister is the Prime Minister of the whole country or of one party.
The Supreme Court expressed frustration over the non-appearance of Advocate General Punjab during the hearing of a case related to property. The Supreme Court has issued a notice to the Prime Minister of Pakistan for attending a lawyer’s function at the Convention Center.
The Supreme Court said that the Prime Minister of Pakistan is the Prime Minister of the whole country and cannot associate himself with any particular political party or group.
Justice Qazi Faiz Issa remarked that why the Prime Minister is misusing the resources of the state. The Prime Minister used the Convention Center in private. If the event was held in a private hotel, it was another matter, but tax payers venue was used for the event. Convention Center in charge should tell whether the expenses of this event were paid? The Prime Minister should not be in line with any particular group. However, the Prime Minister supported one group by attending the lawyers’ event.

The Advocate General did not appear in court while sitting in a political gathering at the Convention Center. Justice Qazi Faiz Issa summoned the Vice Chairman Pakistan Bar Council, President Supreme Court Bar and Advocate General Punjab.

The court also issued notice to the Attorney General of Pakistan for assistance in the matter. The Supreme Court sent a court order to the Chief Justice to form a bench on the matter. Justice Qazi Faiz Issa said that this is a matter of interpretation of the constitution and fundamental rights. Can a judge join the function of a panel of a political party? AG Punjab is sitting in a political party function instead of fulfilling his responsibilities. Can any judge do such a thing? What is the legal standard on this?

The court asked the Additional Advocate General whether the Prime Minister attended the program as the Prime Minister. Were the Prime Minister and the Advocate General authorized to do so? On which the Additional Advocate General said that, Advocate General Punjab went because of the function of lawyers.
