Renowned jurist Khawaja Haris parted ways with Chairman PTI’s legal team in the Toshakhana case.
According to the media reports, Khawaja Haris decided to leave the legal team of Chairman PTI due to concerns over discipline.
Chairman PTI will be represented by Latif Khosa and others in the Supreme Court and High Court.
Sources say that Khawaja Haris has sent all the case files to Chairman PTI’s legal team.
Sources say that Khawaja Haris will not be a lawyer even in the petition pending in the Supreme Court related to the Tosha Khana case. Khawaja Haris advised Islamabad High Court Chief Justice Amir Farooq not to raise any objection.
Some members of the legal team of Chairman PTI were advising the bench headed by the Chief Justice to object.
According to the sources, some lawyers told Khawaja Haris that you should not raise any objection on the bench but allow us.
