Khawar Maneka’s son arrested by Lahore Police

Khawar Maneka’s son, Musa Maneka was arrested by the Lahore Police as liquor was recovered from his posssession. Maneka was driving with his two friends as they were stopped by Lahore Police and arrested later. According to the FIR, Maneka was said to have been in a drunk state during his arrest.

The FIR lists four counts under the ‘Prohibition (Enforcement of Hadd) Order (1979), an ordinance enacted during General Zia’s regime based on Hudood Laws.

According to Baaghi TV sources, Lahore Police last night registered a case against Khawar Maneka’s son, Muhammad Musa Maneka and his two friends for carrying alcohol and allegedly being intoxicated. According to the FIR, a bottle of ‘Moon Original Whiskey’ and two cans of ‘Murre Millenium’ beer were found in their car.

According to the FIR registered in Ghalib Market Police Station, during the blockade of Blue Ward in the square of PSL Cricket Match on Zahoor Elahi Road, vehicle number  LE 5646, Model Honda Civiv 2021 were also taken in possession by the police for further evaluation of the case.

It should be noted that Khawar Maneka is the ex-husband of the current wife of the Prime Minister Imran Khan.
