Peshawar (13th Feb, 2020): New turning point in Pakhtun tradition, with man killed in the name of ‘honour’.
According to reports of Baaghi TV, wife murders husband in the name of honor, says she cannot stand to see him alive.
As per sources of Peshawar police, the wife killed her husband, Mohammad Khan, in the Sodizai area. The 40 year old was shot dead by his wife at night while he slept. In her statement to the police, the woman claimed to have killed him because he was abusive to their children.
Moreover, while talking about Pakhtun traditions, SP Abdul Aslam Khalid said that the incident is very tragic because the man was killed in the name of honor by a woman, while prior to this men used to kill women for honour and now women are killing them for honour.
