Kulbhushan Yadav Case: Govt extends International Court of Justice Ordinance
Baaghi TV: The government’s resolution to extend the ordinance will be tabled in the National Assembly on Monday. The term of the ordinance will be extended by 120 days. The ordinance, issued in May, will expire this week. Under the ordinance, Kulbhushan Yadav has the right to appeal. On July 7, an ordinance granting the right of appeal to Indian spy Kulbhushan was introduced in the National Assembly. Babar Awan, Advisor to PM Imran Khan on Parliamentary Affairs, had introduced the International Court of Justice and Review and Reconciliation Ordinance 2020 in the National Assembly on Kulbhushan Yadav. It is clear that the implementation of the decision of the International Court of Justice regarding the sentence of Indian agent Kulbhushan Yadav. The government has filed a petition in the Islamabad High Court to meet the requirements of the fair trial. The Ministry of Law and Justice has approached the Islamabad High Court.
