‘Lady Don’ threatened to kill Chief Minister

The Gorakhpur Police arrested the accused who threatened to blow up Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath with a bomb during the UP assembly elections.

In this regard, a case was registered at Thana Cantt in Gorakhpur. During the investigation, it was found that the threat was tweeted by a person named Sonu Singh, a resident of Firozabad, who is a Bhim Army leader.

At that time, he was already lodged in Agra jail. He was brought to Gorakhpur under Warrant B from Agra and was presented in court. He was then sent to Gorakhpur jail.

The accused, through a Twitter handle named Lady Don, threatened to kill CM Yogi on February 4.

Threats were made to plant a bomb in the Gorakhnath Math and blow up Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath with a bomb. The accused also tweeted about planting bombs at Lucknow railway station and bus stand.
