Legal Notice: Firdous Ashiq Awan should apologize, pay 58 billion as compensation

A second notice of damages of Rs 58 billion was sent to Punjab Special Assistant for Information Firdous Ashiq Awan demanding that she should apologize within 7 days and pay Rs 58 billion as a compensation.

PPP National Assembly member Qadir Khan Mandokhel’s lawyer has sent a defamation notice to fidous Ashiq Awan. The legal notice said that Firdous Ashiq Awan made fabricated, baseless allegations in the TV show. She harassed Qadir Mandokhel and threatened to kill him.

The legal notice sent by the PPP leader’s lawyer further said that Qadir Mandokhel is a respected person in his constituency. In the program, Firdous Ashiq Awan made fabricated allegations against Qadir Khan Mandokhel. The notice demanded that Firdous Ashiq Awan apologize unconditionally in writing to Qadir Mandokhel and that the apology be published in print and electronic media.
