The Lahore High Court (LHC) on Tuesday issued transfer and posting orders of seven (07) district and sessions judges (D&SJs) in Punjab.
A notification issued by the LHC notified the names of the district and sessions judges along with stations of their transfers and postings.
According to the notification, D&SJ and Registrar LHC, Malik Mushtaq Ahmad Ojla, has been transferred and posted from Lahore to Kasur. Moreover, Muhammad Saeed Ullah, Director General (DG), Directorate of District Judiciary, LHC, and Muhammad Javaid ul Hassan Chishti, HR-District Judiciary, will remain in Lahore. However, they have been asked to report to Lahore High Court for further orders.

Other transferred D&SJs include Irfan Ahmad Saeed, who has been transferred and posted from Kasur to Lahore and will hold the office of Registrar, LHC, Lahore replacing Malik Mushtaq Ahmad Ojla. Judge of the Anti-Terrorism Court-II Multan, Masood Arshad has been transferred to Lahore as the DG, Directorate of District Judiciary, LHC, replacing Muhammad Saeed Ullah.
Some other transfers include Ch Abdul Rashid Abid, Special Judge Anti Corruption Court Bahawalpur and Muhammad Yar Walana, Senior Additional Registrar, Lahore High Court, Multan Bench. Abdul Rashid has been posted and transferred to Lahore as D&SJ HR-District Judiciary LHC.

However, Muhammad Yar Walana has been appointed as the the Principal Staff Officer (BS-22) of the Chief Justice of Lahore High Court, Lahore.
The judges transferred to Lahore shall report to the LHC for further orders. They are ordered to assume charge at their new place of posting from July 6, 2021 (today).
