LHC orders authorities to present Hassan Niazi tomorrow

The Lahore High Court ordered authorities to present Hassan Khan Niazi before the court on August 18.

Hasan Niazi’s father, Hafizullah Niazi, approached the Lahore High Court for the recovery of his son.

Justice Sultan Tanveer issued a written order on the request of Hafizullah Niazi.

The court remarked that submit the report if Hasan Niazi is in the custody of the parties then present the court on August 18.

Hasan Niazi was arrested from Abbottabad, after the May 9 incident.

Niazi went into hiding, he was arrested by the police from his friend’s house, Hasan Niazi’s father, Hafizullah Niazi, who is ideological against Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaaf (PTI), confirmed on Twitter that Hassan Niazi had been arrested.
