Sialkot killing act of barbarism: Lubna Qureshi

Lahore: President of Pakistan Muslim League (Q) Human Rights Wing Ms. Lubna Qureshi has strongly condemned the gruesome murder of Sri Lankan manager Priyantha Kumara in Sialkot and said that such criminals acts needs urgent state’s intervention.
Talking to media persons Lubna Qureshi said that the elements involved in the incident have violated Islamic laws and teachings, adding that the culprits must be brought to boof at the earliest possible.
Lubna Qureshi stated that we are living in an Islamic state which was created in the name of Islam, and such crimes have a negative impact on our country’s reputation around the world. Such extra judicial vigilantism cannot be condoned at any cost.
Lubna Qureshi hoped that the inquiry which is being conducted by law enforcement agencies will bring real facts to light and the government must deter people who are promoting hatred, and extremism in our society.
