Mahira Khan introduces her ‘Baarwan Khiladi’
Lahore, 2nd February: Pakistani superstar Mahira Khan has announced her first-ever production project on Monday.
Baaghi TV: Mahira Khan has announced her first venture as she is all set to produce a series titled ‘Baarwan Khiladi’ with co-producer Nina Kashif.
The ‘Raees’ star shared on her in the Instagram account, “A coming of age story set against the backdrop of the OG of all games — cricket. A story about friendships, relationships, unity, failure, success, love and courage. A small peak into a labour of love and hard work … from all of us to all of you.”
It’s a web series for entertainment and cricket lovers which will be on air on the video streaming platform tapmad TV.
The actor tagged famous names including Daniyal Zafar, Kinza Hashmi, Mohsin Gillani, Saba Faisal, Sarmad Khoosat, Mira Sethi, and the famous YouTuber Shahveer Jeffery is also the part of Khan’s new project.
Baaghi TV reported earlier that the actress announced on Monday this would be her first venture into production. “I would have no one better to be my co-pilot on this trip with me other than Nina Kashif.”
She added, “Welcome to SoulFry Films. @soulfry_films. Your prayers and your stories always welcome.”
As per reports from Dawn Images, actress Kinza Hashmi has confirmed that she is the only female with the male-led cast and Daniyal Zafar is playing play the lead character.
Hashmi further revealed that the shooting of the web series took place inside the Walled City of Lahore.
As per reports, ‘Baarwan Khiladi’ is a beautiful story with cricket as its main theme and there’s a hint of a love story in it too. It is a mix of emotions and family drama.
People are looking forward to the off-screen skills of their favourite superstar.
