Rawalpindi, oct 12: Police arrested a man for killing his wife in Rawalpindi.
A video of the tragic incident was circulating on social media in which murderer can be seen firing shots at his wife and then trying to escape.
The suspect, named as Bilal, was arrested alongside his associate by the police during the case investigation. The police seized weapon from him too.
The deceased has been identified as 35-year-old Asnaz Kanwal. The police said that the couple was having a lot of fights in recent days.Couple had two children.
Neighbour of the accused person told that the couple got married through watta satta system. A custom that is very common in Punjab and according to this custom the simultaneous marriage of a brother-sister pair from two families.
