Prominent businessmen and owners of the Master MoltyFoam, Nadeem Malik and Shahzad Malik, have been accused of illegally occupying a shop by force and stealing its goods worth millions of rupees. According to the details, Law Enforcement Agencies (LEAs) have filed a First Information Report (FIR) and issued arrest warrants against the owners and managers of Master MoltyFoam. Baaghi TV has received a copy of the FIR through reliable sources that has been registered under Section 147 (Punishment for rioting), Section 148 (Rioting, armed with deadly weapon), Section 380 (Theft in dwelling-house, etc), Section 427 (committing mischief and thereby causes loss or damage) of the Pakistan Penal Code (PPC). The FIR has been registered by Muhammad Danish s/o Mehboob Ali resident of Korangi area of Karachi. In the FIR, it is mentioned that some people broke into his shop which is located in Manzoor Colony, Main Furniture Market, Karachi and stole mattresses and some other goods worth 4 – 4.5 million rupees.
