According to a Baaghi TV report, the government has decided to consult with allies and opposition parties on the Kashmir issue. The government has convened a national consultative conference on Kashmir to which all opposition parties have been invited. However, we have reports that the head of Jamiat Ulema-e-Islam, Maulana Fazal ur Rehman, refused to attend the National Consultative Conference.
