It is to be remembered that the Opposition Leader in the National Assembly Shehbaz Sharif was released on bail a couple of days back.

PDM chief also said that the resignations of Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) and Awami National Party (ANP) were not accepted, PPP now wants to return to the PDM alliance.

At the same time, Maulana Fazlur Rehman, while admitting his mistake, said that the delay was due to deliberation on our condition, adding that there was no obstacle for both the ANP and the PPP to join the alliance.

Talking to the media informally, Maulana Fazlur Rehman said that Awami National Party is also angry with PPP for asking for votes from the government allies.

Maulana Fazlur Rehman said that the ANP leadership had to announce its separation from the alliance due to some pressure. If the PPP returns to the PDM and accepts our position, we can also recognize their opposition leader in the Senate.
