Lahore, 22nd December: Renowned religious scholar Maulana Tariq Jameel has shifted to his home after recovering from the coronavirus disease.
Baaghi TV: Maulana Tariq Jameel has recovered from the coronavirus and thanked everyone who prayed for him.
He took to his official Twitter account informing his loved ones that he has safely reached home.
آج الحمداللہ ہسپتال سے گھر منتقل ہو گیا ہوں، آپ سب کی دعاوں اور محبتوں کا بےحد مشکور ہوں، اور دعا گو ہوں کہ اللہ تمام مریضوں کو صحت کی نعمت سے نوازے۔#tariqjamil

Maulana Tariq Jameel wrote, “Alhamdulillah, I have moved home from the hospital today. I am very grateful for all your prayers and love, and I pray that Allah will bless all the patients with the blessings of health.”
Earlier on Dec 19, Maulana had announced on Twitter about his negative test results:
الحمداللہ آپ سب مٌحبین کی دعاوں سے میرا ٹیسٹ نیگیٹو آگیا ہے،مکمل صحتیابی کےلئے ابھی مزید آپ سب کی دعاوں کا محتاج ہوں، اللہ کریم اپنی رحمت سے اس وبا سے انسانیت کو خلاصی نصیب فرمائیں۔#tariqjamil

“Praise be to Allah. My test has been negative due to the prayers of all the loved ones. I need the prayers of all of you for complete recovery. May Allah, by His mercy, save humanity from this plague,” he had written.
It was reported by Baaghi TV that Maulana Tariq Jameel had contracted the coronavirus six days ago, on December 13.

“Since last few days I was not feeling well,” Maulana Tariq Jameel confirmed on Twitter. “On getting tested for COVID, it came positive.”
