Saudi Arabia’s crown prince Muhammad Bin Salman said he takes responsibility for the killing of journalist by Saudi operatives “because it happened under my government ”.
Mohammed bin Salman, the kingdom of saudi Arabia ruler, has not spoken publicly about the killing of journalist inside the Saudi consulate in Turkey .The CIA and some Western governments have said he ordered it, but Saudi officials say he had no role in murder.
The death sparked a global media industry, blaming the crown prince’s image and imperiling ambitious plans to diversifying the economy of the world’s top oil exporter and open up cloistered Saudi society. He has not since visited the United States or Europe.
