On Wednesday, the British Parliament debated a proposal to postpone the easing of lockdown restrictions in the United Kingdom (UK).
During the debate, member of parliament (MP) Liam Fox asked Health Secretary Matt Hancock how many people are hospitalized who have been invited for the coronavirus vaccination but have chosen not to be vaccinated.
Interestingly, Hancock said a fifth of coronavirus patients admitted to hospital in the past week have been vaccinated. The minister suggested that the government should give priority to people who have not yet been offered a vaccination and that people who have refused the vaccine come second.
Four BA pilots died in a short time: is there a link with the jab?
“I think there is a fundamental difference between the government’s responsibility to provide a vaccine to all adults… and the responsibility we have if someone has not yet been offered the vaccine is greater than the responsibility we have as we offered a vaccine, but someone chose not to take it. And there is an essential difference between those two situations,” said Minister Hancock.
In this situation, the unvaccinated are blamed for “pressure on healthcare” or “endangering healthcare heroes.” They would be dismissed as irresponsible and receive less care or no care at all, or at extra cost.

And the MPs did not flinch.
