Meesha Shafi & Nighat Dad Exposed!

19th December 2020, Baaghi TV: The agenda of singer Meesha Shafi and lawyer Nighat Dad has been exposed in a report by Pakistan Observer.
The report by Pakistan Observer says that the mafia that has misused the global #MeToo movement in Pakistan has been exposed by lawyer Adnan Ashraf Tarar. Adnan Ashraf Tarar has filed a complaint in the Ministry of Interior. The lawyer of Meesha Shafi regarding allegations levelled against singer and actor Ali Zafar and later proven false by the top investigation agency, Federal Investigation Agency, was Nighat Dad.
The documents submitted by Adnan Ashraf Tarar demonstrate that Nighat Dad illegally operates NGO by the name of Digital Rights Foundation. The complainant alleged that Nighat Dad is involved in fraud and misappropriation of donations received by her NGO. As per the audit report of year 2018 alone, DRF received Rs 35,013,625 (more than 35 million rupees) from foreign organisations.
Nighat Dad is working under the garb of activism for women’s rights which is in fact involvement in embezzlement of funds and other illegal activities, concluded the report by Pakistan Observer.
