Mohammad Amir tested COVID-19 positive

Mohammad Amir, former national cricket team fast bowler, has succumbed to the global epidemic Corona virus.

In his message on social networking site Twitter, he said that he will not participate in this year’s T10 league due to being affected by Corona.

Mohammad Amir said that his health is better, pray for complete recovery.

It should be noted that the incidence of corona in Pakistan has been steadily declining. According to National Command and Operation Center (NCOC), 10 deaths have been reported from corona in Pakistan in the last 24 hours while 460 new cases have been reported.

The total number of deaths from corona in Pakistan so far is 28,000. 638 while the total number of Corona patients has reached 1.28 million. According to the NCOC, a total of 41,131 Corona tests have been performed in all the cities of Pakistan in the last 24 hours. The positive case rate is 1.11%

NCOC has also mentioned that the number of corona patients in Sindh is 473,561, in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa 179,346, in Punjab 442,162, in Islamabad 17,406, in Baluchistan 33,422 and in Azad Kashmir 34,521.
