The monsoon spell is continuing across the country, bringing heavy rainfall which is expected to persist for the coming days and impact daily life.
In wake of this situation, team Lead Manager at the National Disaster Management Authority Zahra Hassan, has urged citizens to take proactive measures to ensure their safety and asked them to download ‘Pak NDMA Disaster Alert app for real-time weather updates.
Talking to a private news channel, she said this app enables NDMA and PDMAs to provide timely risk communication through necessary information and critical alerts before disasters.
