ISLAMABAD: Pakistan Muslim League (Q) leader and former federal minister Chaudhry Moonis Elahi met Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Chairman Imran Khan at Bani Gala on Thursday.
The PML-Q leader and Chaudhry Pervaiz Elahi’s son took to Twitter and posted a picture of him alongside former prime minister Imran Khan at his residence Bani Gala in Islamabad.

Chaudhry Moonis Elahi wrote in his tweet that he had assured Imran Khan that he has given the slot of chief minister to PML-Q, and nothing further is required by his party.
Pervaiz Elahi’s son added in his tweet that the PTI chairman was ‘gracious enough’ to grant their party portfolios in the Punjab cabinet.
Imran Khan had earlier finalized the Punjab provincial cabinet. In the 21-member cabinet, Dr. Yasmin Rashid will be the Minister of Health whereas Mian Aslam Iqbal will be given the portfolio of Housing and Industries.
Mian Mahmood al-Rashid will be the minister of Local Government and Ali Afzal Sahi minister of Communications, Raja Basharat will be made minister of Parliamentary Affairs, Latif Nazar will be awarded the portfolio of Mines and Minerals and Nawabzada Mansoor will be made the revenue minister of Punjab.
Furthermore, Sardar Mohsin Leghari will be given the portfolio of Finance, Sardar Shahabuddin will be made minister of Social Welfare, Sardar Hasnain Bahadur Dareshk will be made the Food and Livestock minister, Ansar Majeed Niazi Department of Labour and Malik Taimur will be the Sports Minister of the province.
Meanwhile, Ahmed Owais has been nominated to be the Advocate General of Punjab again.
