More than 700 people test positive for COVID-19
According to statistics released by the National Command and Operation Centre (NCOC) more than seven hundred people have tested positive for COVID-19.
According to reports, 730 people have tested COVID-19 positive on 11th August, 2020. Seventeen people have been reported dead in the last 24-hours, from which 2 died out of the hospital and 15 in the hospital.
Total number of active cases across Pakistan are estimated at 16,599. According to reports, 20,631 tests were conducted in a single day on 11th August 2020. Number of cases in Sindh are at 10,050, in Punjab at 5,798, in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa at 1,579, in Islamabad at 2,133, in Balochistan at 605, Gilgit Baltistan at 286, Azad Jammu Kashmir (AJK) at 180.
According to reports, 263,193 people have reportedly recovered so far across Pakistan making it a significant count. There is no patient on ventilator in AJK and Balochistan. Whereas, 147 ventilators occupied across Pakistan out of 1,859 ventilators allocated for COVID-19.
A total of 285,921 cases detected so far with AJK at 2,157, Balochistan at 11,956, Gilgit-Baltistan at 2,382, Islamabad at 15,296, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP) at 34,859, Punjab at 94,715, Sindh at 124,556.
According to reports, 61,29 deaths across Pakistan. Number of deaths in Sindh at 2,282 (6 Died in hospital and 2 died out of hospital on 11th August), Punjab at 2,174 (3 Died in hospital on 11th August), KP at 1,231 (4 Died in hospital on 11th August), Islamabad at 171 (1 Died in hospital on 11th August), Balochistan at 138, GB at 57, AJK at 59.
A total number of 2,186,442 tests conducted across Pakistan. 735 hospitals with COVID-19 facilities with 1,344 patients admitted across the country.
