Most Covid-19 deaths in Punjab: NCOC
During the last 24-hours, the highest number of deaths have been reported in Punjab followed by Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KPK), according to the National Command and Operation Center (NCOC). According to reports, out of the 63 deaths reported, 17 were patients on ventilators. Additionally, 5 patients expired out of hospital while 58 died in hospital. Meanwhile, 2,512 people have tested positive for Covid-19 on the 17th of September, 2021. Latest statistics released by the NCOC, most ventilators are occupied in Multan with 76 percent of patients under life support followed by 64 percent in Sargodha, 58 percent in Bahawalpur, and 53 percent in Lahore.
