Lahore, 15th March: Mubashar Lucman on his YouTube channel has given six simple steps to prevent the vast spreading coronavirus in humans.
In his recent video, on Mubasher Lucman Official YouTube Channel, he highlights basic steps, we humans should take to keep ourselves safe from COVID-19, which is rapidly spreading worldwide and has affected 152 countries so far.
The head of the World Head Organization has declared this disease a pandemic, which is affecting especially those who have low immunity and are weak health-wise.
There is still no vaccine been discovered as yet but it is a fact that around 70,000 patients have recovered from this virus showing that their immunity was strong enough to fight coronavirus.
On a lighter note, Mubashar Lucman discloses that this virus is carrying out the task of executing those people from the world who are internally weak.
On giving brief information on the spread of this virus, Mubashar Lucman highlights that coronavirus is airborne and also spreads from a person to another. This virus has the capacity to survive for 3 hours in the air and 4 hours on copper, 24 hours on plastic and 2/3 days on stainless steel.

Mubashar Lucman also discloses the symptoms of coronavirus, which are flu, dry cough, fever, fatigue, and breathing difficulty including some changes in the body. This virus attacks human cells, and then starts feeding on them, gets multiplied and the increasing amount of this virus-cell ultimately affects our lungs. They make our lungs swollen and hence a person might get pneumonia. The situation worsens when the lungs get filled up with water and the patient, then has to be transferred on a ventilator.

The best protection against coronavirus is to keep our immune system strong and healthy to fight out this virus. When we are under stress, our body releases certain stress hormones, which weakens our immune system. In order to make it stronger, we must decrease the mental tension and should take small breaks in between our work so as not to overwork and strain ourselves.
No 2: Proper sleep
To keep yourself healthy and strong against coronavirus, we must have proper sleep. Drinking black coffee or black tea to stay alert does not let you take the right amount of rest. Staying awake for longer periods puts your mind and brain at risk of the attack of the virus.
No 3: Take Vitamins
It is being recommended to take your proper dosage of the required Vitamins to protect yourself from the virus. You must also take healthy fruits and vegetables, including broccoli, citrus fruit, and spinach. Take the fruits which are rich in Vitamin C, D and Zinz and keep your supply of minerals balanced.

No 4: Avoid sugar and processed food
