Lahore, 28th June: A court in Lahore gives a big order for Mufti Aziz-ur-Rehman who was involved in the sexual assault of his student in the Madrassa.
According to the report of Baaghi TV, the Madrassa video scandal case was heard in the court on Monday, where Mufti Aziz-ur-Rehman, the accused was produced before the judge.
The court sent the accused Mufti Aziz-ur-Rehman to jail on a 14-day judicial remand. Judicial Magistrate Rana Rashid ruled on the remand application. The accused was produced before the court under tight security. A large contingent of police was present outside the court on the occasion.
Police requested the court that a DNA test of the accused has been done. Further investigation is yet to be done.
Further remand of the accused should be granted after which the court sent the accused Mufti Aziz-ur-Rehman to jail on 14-day judicial remand.
Mufti Aziz-ur-Rehman was arrested by the police from Mianwali and was on remand with the police. Now his remand has been extended.
During the interrogation, accused Mufti Aziz-ur-Rehman confessed his crime before the police.
