The Murree death toll has risen. According to Baaghi TV reports, rescue officials have confirmed the mortality rate to be twenty-two with more expected deaths.  According to reports, the death toll is expected to rise as several vehicles were stranded in the extreme cold overnight due to the closure of roads due to snowfall and traffic blockage. In addition, the snow continued to fall throughout the night after which several tourists were confirmed dead or unconscious. Rescue officials have released details of those killed in the Murree road blockage. Tragic videos of the incident have surfaced showing the bodies of small children in cars. According to rescue officials, an Islamabad policeman and his family were also killed in a snowstorm in Murree. According to the Islamabad Police spokesperson, the ASI of Islamabad Police was stationed at Kohsar police station. There were 7 to 8 people in the policeman’s car.
