Pakistan Peoples Party Sindh President Nisar Ahmad Khoro has held a press conference at Bilawal House Karachi and nominated Murtaza Wahab for Mayor Karachi.
Peoples Party Sindh President Senator Nisar Khoro has announced the names of Mayor and Deputy Mayor of Karachi.
He said Salman Murad will be candidates of Peoples Party for Deputy Mayor.
It was said that the PPP is represented at all levels, the People’s Party has emerged as the largest party in the local elections of Sindh.
“We will play an important role in making Karachi a city of lights, politics of service is the motto of the PPP, ” he added.
After Nisar Khoro’s press conference, PPP Chairman, Foreign Minister Bilawal Bhutto has tweeted on the social networking website Twitter and said that the name of Murtaza Wahab has been announced as Chairman..
He congratulated to all the PPP nominees for the towns people have shown their trust in PPP now let’s win the next round.
He said, “I am sure that Wahab will be the mayors of Pakistan Peoples Party of our two great cities.”
