Muslim world should raise its voice for the oppressed people of Kashmir & Palestine: Chairman Senate
Senate Chairman Sadiq Sanjrani on Wednesday as a delegation of the Pakistan Ulema Council(PUC) , headed by its chairman Hafiz Tahir Ashrafi, called on him.
ISLAMABAD: Senate Chairman Sadiq Sanjrani met with a delegation of Pakistan Ulema Council led by Hafiz Tahir Ashrafi.The role of Muslim ulemas and Mashaykh to evolve unity amongst the Muslim ummah is imperative as the Muslim world faces several challenges.
He condemns the attack on saudi oil refineries by Houthi rebels.He said teachings of Holy Quran and Sunnah is only way to progress and have peaceful in society.The Senate chairman stated that the entire Muslim world should raise its united voice for the oppressed people of Kashmir and Palestine.
He said attack on Saudi Arabia will be considereded as attack on muslim world specially on Pakistan.He added that Saudia is custodian of the holy places of Islam and Muslims.Ashrafi said that the council is willing to raise its voice for the oppressed people of Kashmir and Palestine at every forum.
