LAHORE, 12th March: Today a tragic story of a Muslim survivor of the Delhi riot, Mohammed Zubair, surfaced the social media, who reportedly faced the worst violence at the hands of the mob in a demonstration against controversial Citizenship Law in India, reported in a BBC interview۔ Reuters shared a photo on the eve of the riots, in which Muslim citizens are being brutally beaten by the mob of extremist Hindus. In the February riots in Delhi, Muhammad Zubair survived the attack. He was left to die after losing consciousness. He suffered serious injuries and spent several days in the hospital. Talking to the BBC, Zubair said, “Anyone who saw me did not think I would be alive”. What do they remember about the attack, and what happened to them?
