Lahore, 15th September: It is time for the Muslims to stand up for Umar Khalid.
According to Baaghi TV report: Senior journalist and anchorperson Mubasher Lucman tweeted that we should stand up against Hindutva in India and demand justice.
Lucman said, “We should stand with Umar Khalid, please raise your voice.”

It may be recalled that Umar Khalid, a former student of JNU, has been arrested by the Special Cell of Delhi Police since Sunday night in connection with the alleged conspiracy to commit Delhi Riots.

Umar Khalid who has not only been active in the JNU student union elections but has been a hallmark of these elections. A case of treason was registered against him and Kanhiya Kumar, former president of JNU Students Union, and both were arrested. Umar submitted his PhD papers.
