Myanmar Coup, ruling party leaders arrested
In Myanmar, the military seized control of the country in a coup and arrested other leaders, including Aung San Suu Kyi, leader of the ruling National League for Democracy, rebel TV reported. According to a foreign news agency, the military coup in Myanmar was caused by tensions between the civilian government and the military after the elections.
