NAB to take action against Ishaq Dar

Islamabad, 3rd December: The Chairman of the National Accountability Bureau (NAB) issued an order after an important meeting convened today. 

According to the report of Baaghi TV, the announcement of the meeting of the Executive Board chaired by Chairman NAB has been issued.

Chairman NAB has approved the order of an inquiry into the corruption case against former finance minister Ishaq Dar. An inquiry into corruption case against former Gilgit-Baltistan chief minister Syed Mehdi Shah has also been approved.

Chairman NAB Justice R Javed Iqbal said that eradication of corruption and bringing mega corruption cases to a logical conclusion is the first priority. NAB does not belong to any political party group or individual, NAB belongs only to the state of Pakistan.

Justice R Javed Iqbal has said that NAB is using all possible resources to recover the looted wealth of the nation from corrupt elements. Investigations should be brought to a logical conclusion in accordance with the law within the stipulated time.
