Nation demands Fawad Chaudhry’s Resignation
Lahore (6th Jan, 2020): Fawad Chaudhry is a liar, the nation should be grateful to Mubasher Lucman and demand the resignation of, Minister of Science and Technology.
According to reports of Baaghi TV, Minister of Science and Technology, Fawad Chaudhry, has allegedly attacked senior journalist and anchorperson, Mubasher Lucman, in a private ceremony after the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaaf Minister was linked with Tik Tok star, Harim Shah. Shah who has been in the limelight prior to this, for allegations of stealing from Mubasher Lucman’s plane, has been linked to other political leaders and people of influence before.

According to reports, Fawad Chaudhry slapped the senior anchorperson in a private ceremony after the possible revelation of a video starring the PTI Minister and the Tik Tok star. Sources have confirmed that a case has been registered with the local police against Fawad Chaudhry.
Following the incident, Fawad Chaudhry claimed to have been was falsely accused. He argued that he had never met Harim Shah, however that is a fabricated claim because soon after Fawad Chaudhry’s statement, social media users shared pictures of the Minister with Harem Shah.

It is to be noted that social media users are demanding Chaudhry be removed from the Ministry. In addition to this, journalists from across Pakistan have also recorded statements against Fawad Chaudhry and announced a protest.

One user tweeted that Fawad Chaudhry is out of control and intoxicated with authority. Another commented that Mubasher Lucman has made great strides and the nation should be grateful to him for taking up the fight against Fawad Chaudhry’s bullying. One other user wrote that Fawad Chaudhry should review his actions instead of picking fights with journalists and anchorpersons.
It is to be noted that Fawad Chaudhry was involved with senior journalist, Sami Ibrahim in a similar case. At the time Sami Ibrahim stated that a movement had been started with respect to the Judges’ solidarity and that many PTI leaders would soon be leaving the political party. Ibrahim has further stated that Fawad Chaudhry was among the people who were expected to leave PTI.

Moreover, Prime Minister Imran Khan reportedly contacted Sami Ibrahim after the senior journalist was slapped by Chaudhry at a private event in Faisalabad.
