According to the report of Baaghi TV, the accountability court Lahore has issued a written order of plot allotment reference against former Prime Minister, Nawaz Sharif and others.
The written order said that non-bailable arrest warrants were issued for the arrest of Nawaz Sharif. Nawaz Sharif’s non-bailable arrest warrant could not be executed. Nawaz Sharif could not be arrested, the report on Nawaz Sharif’s warrant was presented in the court, Nawaz Sharif is deliberately not allowing the arrest warrants to be executed, Nawaz Sharif is hiding so as not to face the reference.
The court had sought an execution report on the arrest warrant. The execution report of the non-bailable warrant of former Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif was submitted to the court. The report said that Nawaz Sharif’s London residence had received a warrant.
The court has started the process of declaring Nawaz Sharif a fugitive. The NAB report says that Nawaz Sharif is not facing the reference on purpose. The court said that the fugitive proceedings are being initiated against Nawaz Sharif, while requesting Preliminary Report of Declaration.
The court adjourned further proceedings on the plot allotment reference till October 15th, 2020.
