According to the reports of Baaghi TV, former Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif has given a clear message to the party leaders to make the first political power show in Lahore a success, saying that whoever brings more workers will get a ticket in the next election.
According to a private TV channel, the first political power show of PML-N in Lahore will be attended by all MNAs and MPAs. Nawaz Sharif has said in a clear message to the party assembly members that whoever brings more workers will get a ticket. Sources said that videos will be made to check the number of MNAs and MPAs.
In the anti-government movement, PML-N leaders have been urged to bring in more workers, the ones who bring the most people will be the strongest ticket candidates in the next election. The first meeting of PML-N is being held in Lahore today. All MNAs and MPAs will be present and action will be taken against those who do not attend the meeting.
On the other hand, the Punjab government decided to give conditional permission to the PML-N to carry out protest activities within the ambit of the constitution and law. The Punjab government has taken the position that the PML-N will have to take legal action for any rally or demonstration and no illegal activity will be allowed. PML-N leaders will face lawsuits and arrests for breaking the law.
The PML-N had informed the administration that the party would stage a protest against the arrest of PML-N central president Mian Shahbaz Sharif.
According to Khawaja Imran Nazir, workers will protest peacefully against the arrest of the party’s central president and opposition leader in the National Assembly. The district administration says that the police, will provide full security to the protesters.
On the other hand, PML-N Punjab President Rana Sanaullah Khan has said that a protest is being scheduled across the province against the arrest of party president Shahbaz Sharif. Maryam Nawaz will address a big rally in Gujranwala on October 16th, while arrangements are also being made for a big rally in Lahore.
Talking to media, Rana Sanaullah Khan said, “We have made a decision. Maybe the government will make arrests, the decision made in the meeting of the party’s central executive committee will be implemented. He said that PML-N is not afraid of arrests, the decisions of APC will be implemented in any case.”
He said that an attempt was being made to arrest Maryam Nawaz but he did not know that the government could arrest Maryam Nawaz.
